Turning complex ideas into engaging visuals across digital, print, and multimedia with precision and flair
Graphic Designer & Problem Solver
Hi, I'm Kristi. I'm a graphic designer with over seven years of experience leading creative projects across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. Whether I'm building a campaign from scratch, collaborating with teams across different media, or ensuring projects meet tight deadlines, I always find a way to deliver impactful solutions.
I transform complex ideas into engaging visuals that not only look great but also resonate with target audiences. From branding and campaigns to social media and web design, I thrive in dynamic environments where I can be creative and solve problems on the fly. My expertise with tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma ensures that I'm always ready to adapt to whatever the project demands, just like MacGyver.

A Designer Who Thinks
Outside the Box
Grab a drink and relax—let's dive into my design experience.
Education
I graduated as a valedictorian with a bachelor’s degree from the Creative Center of Fine Arts and Design in Omaha, NE. Additionally, I completed a summer training program with Dale Carnegie in 2017. I’m also a black belt in Kung Fu.
Experience and Skills
Since I graduated in 2018, I've had the pleasure of working at two marketing agencies, an exhibit display shop, and freelancing. I'm well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Premiere Pro, and I have also taught myself Figma, ON1, Wix, and Squarespace. I collaborated with marketing, developers, and content writers to create processes that streamlined workflow. From storyboarding for Doodly ads or designing trade booths for shows, I keep my creativity flowing. My toolkit also includes WordPress, Canva, Asana, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Acrobat, and I'm comfortable jumping between both Windows and Mac systems.
Client Experience
Every client is unique. I kick off each project by reviewing their current branding, understanding their direction, and asking the right questions about what has and hasn't worked in the past. I research references related to the client's vision for the project, select elements that match the client's vision, create a mood board and brief to follow, and get started on the project.
Remote or In-House
I’m comfortable working both remotely and in-house. Each has its own perks, and I’m adaptable to whichever setting is needed.
Willing to Relocate
I'm open to relocation—I'm always excited to explore new places and meet new people.
